This side event will bring together governments, international organisations, NGOs and private-sector actors to share national experiences in developing high-integrity nature credit markets and related market mechanisms. Drawing on examples from Finland, the United Kingdom, and China, among others, the discussion will explore how governance, transparency and common approaches can support credible market development, mobilise private finance and strengthen international cooperation in support of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.
